Shipping & Delivery Information
We know you are looking forward to receiving your Tazuri Heritage order. Our team carefully prepares each package and works to ship your products as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Your Order
- Order Changes: We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.
- Fulfillment Time: Orders are usually prepared within 1–4 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, promotions, or unexpected delays.
- Busy Periods: During launches, special offers, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery to P.O. boxes, remote areas, or special addresses may depend on the carrier’s availability.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, package size, and the available shipping method.
International Customs, Duties, & Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
- Not Covered by Tazuri Heritage: These additional charges are not controlled by Tazuri Heritage and are the responsibility of the customer. They must be paid directly to the customs authority, postal service, or delivery carrier when required.
- Customs Processing: Once your order arrives in the destination country, customs clearance and final delivery may be handled by local customs, the postal service, or a local delivery partner.
- Customer Action May Be Required: In some cases, the customer may need to provide information or payment to complete customs clearance. Please make sure to follow any instructions from the carrier to avoid delivery delays.
Tracking Your Shipment
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, when tracking is available.
- Correct Contact Information: Please make sure your email address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout so you can receive delivery updates.
- Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit number, buzzer code, postal code, phone number, and email address when applicable.
- Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, we may offer to reship the package at the customer’s expense.
- Carrier Delays: Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs, holidays, carrier delays, or other situations outside our control.
- Delivered Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tazuri Heritage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
