Final Sale Policy

Due to the personal, cosmetic, and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not suitable for personal preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect product selected by the customer
  • Skin sensitivity, allergy, or personal reaction
  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs, where applicable

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, ingredients, usage instructions, and order details before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.

Delivery & Shipping Accuracy

To help us deliver your order successfully, please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Full and correct shipping address
  • Apartment, unit, or buzzer number when applicable
  • Valid phone number and email address
  • Any delivery details required by the carrier

Tazuri Heritage is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Although all sales are final, we will always review issues related to damaged, defective, or missing items.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Spoiled
  • Incorrect
  • Missing an item

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label, if applicable

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Tazuri Heritage reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Product Sensitivities & Allergies

Our products are made with natural Moroccan-inspired ingredients, but individual skin reactions can vary.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or body care product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Tazuri Heritage is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal skin responses. Please review all ingredients carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tazuri Heritage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with:

  • Your household members
  • Building concierge or reception
  • Neighbours
  • Local post office or carrier delivery office

We also recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
